La Plantation holds a special place in my heart, born from my love for food, storytelling, and meaningful connections. During my collaboration with this fair-trade spice producer in Cambodia, I immersed myself in their world, inspired by their dedication to tradition and sustainability. Together, we created two cookbooks that celebrated their spices but also shared their story—a journey of craftsmanship, culture, and the vibrant flavors that bring people together around the table.
